Developed marketing collateral materials, photography and digital artwork, signs, flyers, mailers and brochures on a regular basis. Set up a complete duplex document production center focused around Canon CLC-800 and CLC-1000 color laser copiers/printers and ColorPass RIP.
Field Service Supervisor

Supervised and grew service department from three to nine people. Managed installation projects of over 25 systems. Personally installed eight machines. Developed and performed customer and field service training programs. Designed, wrote and illustrated SRC's first user's and maintenance manuals.

Member of senior staff. Managed development, engineering, manufacture, sales, user training and support of The Scaler, a hand-held log quality data collection device for loggers and mills. Personally sold over 300 units plus support equipment, through cold calling, phone sales and sales presentations before large groups of logging professionals in U.S. and Canada. Product discontinued and sold in 1987, ending my responsibilities.
